If USA buyers gets this can we get arrested because these are illegal to have out of the statues? I don't want to pay so much and have the cops come to give me a visit.

Does anyone know what the official regions are that XM do sell to? If they can't do Japan, maybe my hookups there have their own hookups that can bounce this around back to me =)

XM's actual webpage has a pretty decent FAQ section on shipping. And I think there is a thread in this section.
However, I do believe England is NOT an approved country.
