This type of comment is exactly what I love about completely different takes on popular characters.

My thing is, whenever it comes to the super heavyweights (you know, the really tall bulky guys) most companies have them in a hunch back type position, which may look good at first, but as time goes on you wonder how cool would it be if this guy was standing fully upright.

This! My thoughts every time I see a large character hunched over in statue form.
Since I tend to collect groups of characters I'd prefer the larger characters to stand over their shorter teammates, allies and enemies. It's why sideshow's last comic Hulk and Modern Thor annoyed me. They're among the taller/larger Avengers but their statues leave them at Cap and Hawkeye's height.
I much prefer Colossus PF. He's plain and could be more exciting but he clearly towers over his teammates in my lineup. Same with Apoc. His base is really flat and he's still a giant. Let the big guys be BIG.
That said I do like this Bane pose. It works well for this concept. But I'd like to see these details with him more upright, too.

You certainly don't have that problem with the XM Hulk, Thor, and Thanos statues. They are all bulky, standing tall, and awesomely done.

Does that diminish the statue in your eyes over time? Just curious.
