I remember the first and only time I met him. He saw that I was wearing a Batman shirt and said "you meet me wearing a Batman shirt?" I felt as though I had committed a crime. I think I did. He of course was joking and reminded me to wear a Spiderman shirt for our next meeting. I thanked him for my childhood. So glad I got to shake his hand even if I was wearing DC at the time.

He created some amazing characters.... I always looked for him in the Marvel Movies, he will be missed...

he's a legend! Glad he got the opportunity to see Marvel take off in movies. He looked and had the energy of a 50 year old. He did not look near 95. Looked more like 65-70. Always wished I got him to sign some of my stuff.
