No its polystone.
They did a Vinyl version, a polystone version both just the statues of Gamera with the switch out arm. Neither have bases, no switch out heads. Then the DX is all polystone includes the base and all the swap outs.
I'm super excited to get him of course but $250 and then custom charges on top yet....jesus.
