Cancelling a Sideshow order question.

Hey guys, sorry if this has been asked before, but can anyone clarify for me: if I preorder a Sideshow statue, and I've already made a few payments on it, then I cancel, do I get those payments refunded? I know I don't get the deposit back, but the rest..? Thanks.
