All kinds of nuts but my first in the rank are Almonds because of the health benefits I got from those. Studies said that Almonds have the highest protein content, fiber, calcium and a good source of vitamin e.

Almonds and Cashews that are baked with a small layer of Manuka honey. Absolutely delicious and best of all, damn good for you as well. Once you get used to the taste of Manuka honey, regular honey tastes like cheap fast food.
