What's the book actually called? Haven't been able to find it.

Yeah, since I already owned the old oversized HCs, I saw little reason to buy the Omnibus, even though I'm an Omni junkie, and now I'm even more glad I passed.

Yeah, I was excited about it until I saw (literally a couple of days later) that White was finally coming out. Crazy. Now I'm thinking about selling it, and sticking with the original oversized books too.

Add classic Daredevil and classic Ghost Rider to the "should have an omnibus" list.

Well, a Dr. Strange Omni is a given next year.

I own the Masterwoks. Always frustrating for me when the Omnibuses come out for series whose Masterworks I own as the color and overall reproduction quality of the Omnibuses tend to be better.

Not necessarily. It's true some Omnis improved on the earlier Masterworks, but that's just because those weren't edited by Cory Sedlmeier yet. Ever since he took over, the Omnis just took advantage of whatever remastering he already did on the MMW line.
But yeah, you also get oversized art and the letter pages for the Silver Age volumes. On the other hand, MMWs are less cumbersome.
Luckily for me, I'm just missing MMW 1, 2 and 3 for Doc, as I didn't get those since I knew sooner or later they would release an Omni.

Just my personal experience comparing one with the other.
