Its not like we tried to claim a code we didn't see or type in. So, if I've taken the time to get the code in and it's Sideshow's error that it doesn't credit my account, there is no harm in asking about it. It's not like we were scamming them for $4. THAT I couldn't stomach.
And FYI - I checked my account and both codes were credited to my account. Thank you, SS!

That's my feeling. I took the time to attend live streams and took the time to enter the reward code within the specified time range. If there was an error on SSC's side of things, then it makes sense to ask Customer Service. I didn't ask for the reward codes I missed ...just the ones that had errors.
If some people consider that slumming it, then oh well ...let them at it. They're not paying for my shipping fee or NRD, so their opinions don't matter.
