This sucks. I just made my first payment on their indominus Rex. Got the cancel email then they sent me an invoice through PayPal for the rest and won’t answer my emails. I guess I’m out the money I paid. Thank god I hadn’t invested more.

If you’ve just made the first payment, try to dispute the charge first through PayPal, and if that fails through your credit card company.

Yes, I’ll do that, thanks. I really wanted that IRex statue too I was really looking forward to it. I’m hesitant on even paying off the invoice they sent because I doubt they’d actually ship it to me at this point.

I think this is them trying to see what orders then can fulfill. If they cancelled your preorder, but invoiced for it - they may have it in stock and are going to ship it to you and be done with it. This might be how they have to manage existing orders they can fulfill?

Just a guess. Communication would go a long way here if they would just send emails.

I don't think this is the case. I had a payment plan for an in stock item, and they just cancelled the plan and I haven't heard a word from them since then.

Refunds incoming for items that were on active payment plans.

Have not (yet) recieved refunds for item fully paid but awaiting fulfillment. Maybe time or individual item is factor here.

Also really curious what is going to happen with the Iron Studios items that still havent been forwarded to customers
(as I am aware CC has not recieved them yet).
