I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Yes sounds about right really so that would be 375 for Akuma if you follow the same model

I dont think any collector worth his salt could really complain about that ES

Now show us some WIP pics already

The base intrigues me. What could he possibly have his foot on? I don't think it's another fighter. I don't think there's enough clearance for that. But it would be cool.

Hope you go all out with this one Jerry. : )

Keep in mind Akuma 1:3 was originally going to be up for PO months ago, until it was nixed by Capcom.

That's exactly the number I thought of when you stated it would be higher than Scorpion. I'm sure you could sell a lot more, but for those that care about such things, it sounds like the perfect "collectible" amount for an Akuma.

Slightly on topic; you seem to like round numbers. From a retail standpoint, you should probably employ the practice of "99". E.g. Make the ES 399. It lets you reap profits from an additional 49 statues, and consumers mindset is that it's still "300-something". There's a reason everything in stores ends with '.99'. Psychology.

That's a good number. Akuma is far more popular and this would help collectors that actually mean to add it to their collection instead of an eBay page. Also the desirability factor is much higher imo as you are personally sculpting this. You may not think so but you have some Hardcore fans. Lots of old school collectors prefer hand sculpted pieces that show different textures compared to the smooth perfectly symmetrical looks that a digital render produces.

So Jerry only Akuma, no shin 1/3 then as there are no exclusives for this. Would that be correct?
