Base doesn't look recast and they are numbered and everything ;p It was probably damaged, scratched, or otherwise messed up statues he got cheap and repainted.

i think both comes with shirt, and can be taken off, i saw some pic of SHin with shirt as well,, they have taken down the po page so i couldnt refer again
