I will be getting this one. Like the Troopers from EPVII I don't feel compelled to rush a pre-order though and the new $120 price point is a bit off putting. Conceptually I really like the look of this MB. Simple and elegant.

I agree, this is a pretty sweet looking mini-bust. You can see all the different sculpted textures throughout his clothing. I love all that attention to detail GG brings out in their sculpting.

Looks nice. I am tempted to get mini busts to display next to my PF's. Still on the fence though since 4 mini busts = one PF these days :/

Well, ironically after my comment earlier today I broke down and pre-ordered this along with the two First Order Troopers.

I had forgot about the 10% PGM discount when ordering direct and I also used my PGM $10 off code on Kylo.

I know the PGM has it's detractors but I maintain it's well worth it if you're into collecting GG's SW MB's.

lol, don't feel bad dude, because I did the same thing. I know I slammed the price of these earlier on when the First Order Trooper was announced, but the reveal of the Ren mini-bust made me realize just how good GG's mini-busts are. They're also very easy to display, and with the way this hobby is going in terms of 1/4 scale prices, you save so much more money for something that's more fun to collect, ultra detailed, and loaded with quality. 1/4 scale or anything bigger isn't fun anymore. In fact, it's pretty annoying.

Yeah, I was heavily into 1:4 scale for many years. As prices escalated and display space became more limited I eventually realized it wasn't really a fun way to collect anymore. I was constantly rotating (selling) older pieces to make way for the new product and with my tastes leaning towards variety (something I get in abundance with GG's MBs) it's just not a very practical scale for me to collect on a high level. I still buy the occasional 1:4 scale piece but it's reserved for characters and/or designs I absolutely love. There is no room in my collection for things I simply like anymore.
