2015 art resolutions

Still searching for a Russ Manning Korak, Tarzan or Magnus Robot Fighter page as well as a Nick Cardy Teen Titans page.

It's been a quiet year for me so far with just a couple of outstanding pieces by Paulo Siqueira and Mark Raats. I've also arranged for pieces with Siya Oum and David Yardin.

I did lose out on an Aron Wiesenfeld Deathblow/Wolverine page recently on Comiclink I'm trying to save for SDCC so I wasn't able to go much past $1K.

Well half the year is over already! We're in the second half.

My situation hasn't changed much- buying less and paying school loans. Anyone else meeting their goals of an A list piece, unattainable commissions, or joining me in putting down the OA crack pipe?

Man, pfft, I retired (unless one of my ISOs pop up which I'm not actively searching). BTW: my Ottley commission was in the back of the most recent trade, 21 I think. Woot woot!

I am finding that the lack of OA (pages/covers) is causing me to divert some funds back into commissions. Still not jumping into the commission game like I once was but I am enjoying it once again.

Year half over. Paul Smith=0. Michael Golden=0. I did manage to get a great piece from Tom Grummett and I did flip/flop between Nova and other mainstay characters. So far so good!

I too got my Golden piece so so that goal is checked off for me too Aric! Otherwise, my art goals for 2015 include:

I also picked up my first cover! It's from an Archie Pals N' Gals Double Digest and features the whole gang-very happy with that!
