Still waiting on my replacement T-REX.

Chronicle have now blocked me on Facebook for no reason.

Last email I had saying they received my shipment , and was processing my replacement. That was 4 months ago. I've emailed them 4 times since then, with a public message through Facebook, asking whys it taking so long. No response.

Can you file a complaint with the BBB? I thought Chronicle pride themselves on their customer service.

I can't imagine they just blocked you and won't replace your rex. I'm not saying you're lying by any means, I just don't buy that they took your money and won't give you another rex. Their customer service is amazing.

We have about ten people blocked, you get blocked for stalking threads and posting about things that don't pertain or just being a stalker in general. I'm okay with fussing, but when you drag it to ten threads and become a stalker, you get banned. Not saying that's what happened to you, but that's what I suspect.

If you have problems have you contacted Heather or Amy?

Did you buy it from us direct?

If you purchased from an overseas distributor, you need to deal with that distributor.

Thank you, there is no way we would let a refund request go longer than thirty days. I suspect this gentleman from Ireland bought a rex from a local distributor and is wanting us to make it right.

Sorry, that's why we encourage everyone to order direct.

If I'm wrong, contact customer support. If they can't help you in four months I'll replace them and find people that will. But I know that Amy and Heather have it covered and this is most likely sour grapes.

Sorry you had problems with your Breakout, we try to take care of every customer. When that customer becomes a problem after we've tried everything in the playbook, it's out of my hands.
