My guess is that since this is a website exclusive, Sideshow is using the factory sample and the NYCC to solicit additional preorders and delaying production a bit to allow for additional orders. As long as these are on the boat from China before Lunar New Year holidays.

Martian tanning requires a longer exposure to be perfect. Nothing surprising.

I see this type of comment a lot, but has anyone ever correlated a really well done statue with delays, or conversely, a poorly produced statue with being on time, or even early?

I got it for Slan, so I am cancelling. Considering doing the same for this one. That would be the last of my statue preorders.

now that's drastic action I think I must be mellowing with age and becoming way more patient than I used to be.

I want to know how may people have regrets, and once in-hand pics are released, scramble to reorder pieces they have canceled due to extended wait times.
I read it all the time on the Sideshow side, but how about Prime 1?

I've only ever cancelled one piece...due to production photos, still don't regret it.

I've cancelled a couple over the years and I don't really regret them. I own some I regret purchasing. Truth is, I have a daughter now so there is a space, money and theme issue with these.
