I almost got this yesterday when I saw it go up, but I decided to pass. I might have ordered her if I knew we'd get an X-Force Wolverine, Archangel, and X-23. I think it's cool that Sideshow listened and put her up though--especially with the original HS. It's too bad that they didn't make more since so many people preferred that sculpt to the new one.

It'll be interesting to see if there are any wait list conversions. Last year I missed the Iron Giant variant while it was in my cart and I was checking out. I got on the wait list immediately and it ended up converting. Hopefully some of you guys get lucky too.

A smart move from SSC. A small ES for the variant, when they easily could have sold three times more.
The opening of the paradise gates for the sellers/flippers in the after market, and not a cent for SSC.
A lot of collectors disappointed by what looks like a cruel joke.
I am pretty sure SSC is still convinced the troll/alien portrait was the best choice.

Yeah, about that, Mr Mod, is it possible to choose the hero?
I have " The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket"...
I don't even know that character, and such a long name is just ridiculous.
( FYI, my hero is Super Dupont )

I do wish to be a fly on the wall for all the Psylocke conversation as from start to finish they found creative ways to annoy people.

If I would have bought just to sell her again for example it would be:
590 USD for Psylocke
+ about 70 USD on shipping
+ about 145 USD tax and import fees to Germany
+ 80 USD Ebay fees (10%)
+ 32 USD PayPal fees (4%)
= 917 USD to break-even.
So 1000 USD to have a 83 USD profit lol Not worth it at all.
My buyer would have to pay even more because of the additional shipping cost to him + maybe custom costs.

Nobody in their right mind will sell this for $1k. They will get more for it.

I haven't wanted a statue so bad for a while now. TH Catwoman was an easy get, and I even have XM Storm. This has now become my desire.
Still stings the next day.

I have no skin in the game, but I find it sadly amusing how so many voices are being heard in protest on Sideshow's "sneaky" way of releasing this low edition of the original portrait. All I heard was the vicious critiques regarding the 1st portrait, with many jumping on the mob bandwagon, gleefully vilifying SS, which has become a disturbing trend bordering on the psychotic.
Sadly, vindictive loudmouths have sway on these forums, unless many more speak-up, the trend will continue.
