Oh hell yes, an absolute classic. It may not be the best Western ever made, but possibly the most entertaining

I’d take a Holliday and Earp 1/4 scale in a heartbeat. Maybe even a Curly Bill and Ringo.

Yeah, those were all great characters in the movie. Val as Doc stole the show for me though.

This one came out when they were doing some really nice tailoring. This and Patient Zero were great.

I love the tailoring on both my John Wayne PF’s too. They really were at the top of their game with tailoring back then. Though the True Grit is a much better statue than the Flying Tigers one which has a pretty soft sculpt.
Somebody awhile back had a Doc Holliday with a second
Head sculpt listed as a Val Kilmer H.S. And they wanted a mint for it. They never posted a pic of the Kilmer H.S. So I have no idea if it was B.S.
To me, I see a lot of Kurt Russell in the Earp PF though Kilmer is missing from Holliday other than maybe a movie pose.

My favorite movie with Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday is
"Gunfight at the O.K. Corral"
The performance from Kirk Douglas ist absolutely great. First Scene with him in the Hotel, throwing knives at the door, ... WOW
And a great soundtrack, too

So... received an item I ordered from SS today, and they included a free book. In the book are like 3 pictures of an alternative Doc Holiday HS. Though this is the best one.
Probably six months ago someone had one on EBay and the SS shipper box was marked Sideshow Val Kilmer. Since I had never heard of this portrait being produced, thought it must be a custom. Well apparently one got out into the Wild. It’s already a small ES piece, but cool to know they did in fact make a Kilmer H.S. I wonder if they did a Russell Earp?
ETA: compared my Holliday HS and it is vastly different.
