Comic Art Live - May 2020

Anyone "attending"? Anything cool I'm missing out on cause I cheaped out and didn't renew my Premium Membership? It's about to open up for the general public but I imagine if it does well, they'll be holding these regularly, at least for the near future.

I don't usually post art until I get it in hand but since I started this thread, I should probably contribute... Picked up this Alan Davis Hulk I've been eyeing for awhile from SF's very own Fred Chamberlain. Not sure if he made it available for sale specifically for this event or if I'm just lucky nobody else noticed it beforehand. Now to wait for conventions to open up and to get Mark Farmer to ink it!

I'm glad you got that one TC! There was a nice Pelletier Hulk cover for about the same price too.

Thanks Paul! And if you're talking about the Red Hulk cover, we're not speaking.

Some good stuff on there. But generally very pricey.

Looked around a little bit but didn't pull the trigger on anything.

I found most prices to be VERY expensive, but that was to be expected. There's no time, effort or cost associated with setting up for this "show", so there's no need to sell anything to cover those costs. Throw stuff up, add some nutty prices and see what happens.

Glad you pulled the trigger on the Hulk piece, TC. I dig the piece, but realized that I initially bought it, because it was only one of two pieces left and I wanted a Davis piece. Lesson learned. I will attempt tp practice patience, if I get future opportunities.

Now about that ___ Hulk cover....... It is a steal. If it rubs you the wrong way, you could always grab your 64 count of Crayolas and pick from a variety of greens to finish the job.
