Speaking of training, I'm starting back with Team Quest on Monday. I've been really lazy these last 4 months and its time to get back to it. I'm really looking forward to it but its going to kick my ass. I need it though as all I've been doing is eating and gaining weight.

Ford's Gym in Wisconsin back in the day, and here in ATL I train at Alliance Martial Arts. I fought small shows in Racine and Milwaukee back in the late '90's, and fought in some San Shou boughts in Baltimore and Ohio as well.

I'm the one on the right in the grey team quest shirt. That picture is from spring when I was actually working out there 3-4 times a week. I've been lazy since then and haven't been in about 4 months.

That changes Monday as I'm back full time.

It won't be easy but you can do it Sammy. I'm going to shed 30-40 pounds over the next 3 months at Team Quest.

I'd like to get back down to 220-230 instead of the 260 I've managed to eat my way to.
