Reptile (humanoid version) was always my favorite. Hated when they turned him into a gecko 
Reptile with Shao Kahn would be a killer Dio, as he was Kahns servant.

Matter of fact, Reptile should now be back to humanoid form anyway, as his last story arc in the recent MK game showed him beating Inferno, and finding one remaining female from his reptile race, thus returning him back to his humanoid form, for the reason he turned into the reptile in the first place was because his race was dying out, thus revealing his true species underneath his human skin.
