Bud Spencer dies at 83.

One of my childhood heroes is gone. R.I.P., Sir. I'll miss you very much.

I grew up with his movies with Terence Hill, sad day indeed.

Thanks for sharing this news, sad though it may be. I too grew up watching the spaghetti westerns with Bud Spencer and his multi-movie partner Terence Hill. They were the perfect odd couple combination, bursting with charisma individually, and simply magical together. Rest in Peace, Bud.

Saddened to hear the news. It's not the same as an older contemporary actor passing. This reaches back to a further bygone era of my cinematic experience. As a boy I viewed Bud Spencer as the second fiddle to you-know-who but, looking back now, I'd say his character was really special in possessing both the brute physicality of John Wayne and the laconic attitude of Clint Eastwood.

Rest in peace, Sir.

Rest In Peace good Sir.

I enjoy his movies with Terence Hill, they were a blast together.........those slaps to the ears of him.
