Into the Badlands (AMC)

AMC just started a new series "Into the Badlands", I just saw the pilot and it's really good... If you like martial arts with really good action scenes your in luck, plus the story was rather interesting...

Checked out the pilot, some good action that reminded me of the Matrix, but with swords instead of guns. Held my interest, will probably watch the new episode tonight.

Ok, I can buy their premise that guns have been banned. But that doesn't explain why there are no ranged weapons. No throwing spears, no bows and arrows and no crossbows. At least in the pilot we saw none of that. We'll see if that changes.

This series was created Gough and Miller who also created Smallville.

So we can expect the lead character to constantly and consistently break up with his girlfriend and get back together with her every few episodes.

Same here, I'm a little behind on my tv watching. Glad to hear it's a cool watch.

Must have watched a different show. I'd recommend this to insomniacs.
