I'll give you that, but just to point out, Jean/Phoenix and Dark Phoenix are all telepaths. The only reason that Prof X was able to defeat DP was because Jean was helping him from the inside.

Dark Phoenix by a long shot. If Ghost Rider was able to bring Galactus to his knees with his penitent stare just image what The Dark Phoenix would do.

If Thor is stronger then Galactus, there is no way Galactus can beat Dark Phoenix....period! I think Thor can beat Dark Phoenix too.
