Luckily you bought from P1 and they will help you with a replacement. Sideshow doesn't do replacements if I understand.

Yeah - I had an unfortunate issue with the Human Zodd I had gotten from Sideshow and had to return it since they couldn’t replace it; now he appears to be quite rare and is a hole in my Berserk collection. Hopefully they do a bloody variant or something down the line...

I did already hear back from Prime 1 and they’re going to help me out, so it’s been a good customer-service experience so far.

Yes.

Ripoff though. At least $15 more than you'll pay elsewhere. Not to mention free shipping thru Amazon or Walmart.

You'll earn rewards however...which adds up to $2.50 per book...

I preorder them through Amazon and have paid around $30 for each and free shipping. I'd hate to see the shipping price from Sideshow for these.
