I ordered some in-stock items from them before and they went smoothly. I placed my first pre-orders with them last year and I checked on one of them today. it seems like they cancelled one item a few weeks ago, but they never notified me to pay the balance. I guess I assumed their pre-order policy would be the same as other companies (auto charge or email notification). If you have to manually check the dashboard over the course of a year or longer, then I won't be pre-ordering with them anymore. Customers have no clue if something is coming early, late, or on-time. I fail to see the point of reserving a statue if this is how it works.
