I noticed that right away when they were first announced. Thought it was a really cool idea to have all the dolls as accents. I was originally only getting Harley with Bud and Lou. They announced the riser if you got Joker as well. Now I am glad I ended up getting the set.

I did not either but when I asked that question I was told they were Harley's pet Hyena's from the Batman-The animated series cartoon.

How do you get the additional base? I forgot. Is it included with the exclusive Harley?

It was supposed to be only with the Harley when you pre-ordered all 3 but there was a mix up at the factory and every statue got one EX and CE.
