I've never seen one this bad out of the 50 or so I have opened, I had some one else look at it and they said they same that it looks scratched up. I am perfectly fine with minor defects but once you see this in person it looks worse.

I could deal with the paint defects but the scratches is what kills it and I love the pink version though.

Those scratches and touch ups should have been caught in quality control. These are a lower run too. I don't have any thing like that on the few bishoujos that I own.

Very unfortunate. Hate to say this but I got mine last week and it came out perfect. No scratches or anything. Sorry to hear.

You should be able to send it back for a replacement. IMO your not being nitpicky. From my experience 99.9% of the time Bishoujos come out perfect QC wise, seems like you just had bit of bad luck...

I agree too, all my other Koto pieces are perfect.

The weird part too is the touch up paint has brush strokes in it which I find odd since they don't use brushes.
