Without knowing what you like, it's hard to say.

If you're into a George Perez vibe, these two artists draw in his style:

Mitch Ballard: http://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryD...asp?GCat=28519
Alex Garcia: http://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryDetail.asp?GCat=2777

They are reasonably priced and have great customer service, highly recommended.

If you are looking for a big commission, Enric Torres-Prat is the artist I would recommend. Currently, he's working on my 4th commission, and none of them have disappointed. Painted commissions, large size (18"x24", 20x28, and larger options). Not cheap, but worth every penny. He has a gallery on CAF...most of the paintings feature women and/or wildlife (he's possibly best known for his work on early Vampirella covers), but there's a gallery of Tarzan paintings as well. Probably my favourite artist, top 3 at the least. Can't wait to see my Hela/Valkyrie finished commission!

Lol...just realized you said Up and Coming in your actual post...Enric's just about the exact opposite of that, as he's been working since at least the early 70s. Still highly recommend him, though!

For an actual "Up and Coming" artist, I'd highly recommend Valerio Schiti if you can set one up with him. His work on Journey Into Mystery starring Sif was absolutely fantastic, and he'll be doing Guardians of the Galaxy next. Absolutely love the Valkyrie/Sif commission he did for me.
