I dont know if he qualifies but I loved that pepe larraz piece that was posted.
From a true up and coming perspective ie their commission rates are reasonable, ive been really liking what sajad Shah and adelso corona have been doing.

I got one for ya. Robson Rocha. Does amazing work and his commissions last I saw were well priced. Also can vouch for Sajad Shah, good work and cool guys as well.
