I'm really expecting there to be some major announcements as to the future of both the DRS and XF lines at SDCC. Otherwise, I'm sure I'm not the only one who's confidence in these lines will be lost.

I know it may sound unreasonable to expect constant updates, but I don't really think it is. When you compare the amount of information being given in regards to some of Koto's other lines (Bishoujou, Star Wars etc.) the vague answers and almost complete lack of hints, sneaks or updates for the X-Men lines is really really frustrating.
That's my biggest gripe too. Gonk seems to be answering those questions and not the X-Men related ones.

All we need is a little clarification and I'm sure the preorders will start coming in.

Yup, and part of my frustration comes from the fact that we're really only dealing with two teams, each with a set number of characters. Although that may also be a misconception, due to non-clarification by Koto. I'm thinking that the DRS line is basically just a line featuring the 90's Blue and Gold teams, while the X-Force line is just X-force (obviously) and possibly Uncanny X-force characters. So how much planning does that take?? Obviously much more than we can imagine.

Well even if it takes more planning than we both think Tony, it still doesn't mean we can't get the clarification the collectors have been asking for. Even an idea of WHEN we'll have the clarification wouldn't be a bad idea.

I for one refuse to preorder another Koto statue until this is cleared up.

I've really been trying to be patient, but I think you're probably right. I currently have three Koto statues (Deadpool, Psylocke and X-23) and I have Colossus on the way, but that's probably going to be it. At least until I know what is going to happen with both of these lines.

We're planning a week long countdown to SDCC from July 11th to the 17th on our facebook page. Chances are pretty good you'll get your first look at Archangel then.

Thanks Gonk,

I still say we need the X-Force Wolverine to display with the other X-Force members. Perhaps Domino also.

Thanks,

SL
