When i spoke to them they said that because it was being processed 10 days before their release date it was their fault and they had Parcelforce come and collect it from me free of charge.

yeah, they're looking into it right now.
I tried to cancel my order, but it was too late. I could have not signed for it, when they delivered it, but then that would have delayed the refund time so I did it myself.
Got mine from r2dtoys when the price was still low, but there was a tiny, tiny problem with the base, so I might be getting another one for free!
