Just read that x-menfilms.net has said that they are 100% sure of a cameo by the following characters:

SPOILER ALERT!:

Omega Red and Gauntlet. I don't actually know who Gauntlet is, as I've not been keeping up on things too well for awhile, but Omega Red could be interesting. There is specualtion on their site, that the Omega Red scene could lead into the Wolverine solo movie that's coming up..........

possible spoiler alert:

one of the scenes involves a breakout at the Vault. thats where the production team will go nuts(the way they did with the computer in X2.)

Also, word is Madrox will make an appearance and be involved in at least one fight scene.

Yep.

Multiple man *Madrox* is in a fight scene so far.

And omega Red is suppsed to be in there and Wolverine hears that name or sees him somehow in the movie which make him ring a bell in his mind, it is suppsed to be a hint for his solo movie.
