Yeah this one is a real bummer for me, I have no interest in Lex in that suit. Very transient representation of the character. I don't need a Lex from 'that one time he...'

It´s Lex Luthor from the XM DC Rebirth 1/6 line, there is no other suit coloring.

I'll wait for a normal Lex if they ever do one. Really not a fan of most of the New 52 and Rebirth costumes.

I'd really like to have that one so I could do some customizing.

"XM Studios is excited to present our next 1:6 DC Premium Collectibles DC Rebirth series statue, Lex Luthor! An egomaniacal genius and billionaire industrialist, Lex Luthor fights a neverending personal, public, and political battle against Superman. Immortalized in amazingly detailed 1:6 scale cold-cast porcelain, each handcrafted statue is individually hand-painted with the high-quality finish.

He’s the most intelligent man on Earth. But Lex Luthor has only ever used his brilliant mind for selfish gain and to further his own bitter vendetta against those he feels have done him wrong. A notorious sociopath and xenophobe in almost every one of his incarnations—be it scientist, businessman or even the President of the United States—Luthor always uses his power and influence not to help mankind, but to attempt to destroy the one man on the planet who makes him feel insignificant: Superman.

Size matters, but Quality even more so! The new XM DC 1:6 line is specially designed for collectors who desire more space-friendly collectibles, without compromising on the incredible details and quality of larger collectible pieces. At 1:6 scale, XM's creative direction is to showcase more abilities, powers and essence of the characters in a bold, dynamic and story telling style. The new XM 1:6 DC line will amaze you with the details you don't expect at this scale. Smaller scale, smaller boxes, more affordable shipping and pricing means you can fit more of these incredibly detailed collectibles into your collection!"

I think this turned out awesome. The colors look so good and the portrait is great.
