Print Portfolios?

Do you guys recommend a particular make or type of portfolio or folder for storing/displaying your prints?

Picturesque presentation cases are good.

Also Prat cases (despite the unfortunate name), good quality but a bit more expensive.

How do you put in a piece that's smaller than the size of the portfolio? Say, you get a 8.5" x 11" sketch but have a 14" x 17" portfolio. Do you stick the sketch to a larger sheet of paper and then put it in your portfolio? Something doesn't feel right about sticking a piece to another piece of paper. It feels like it's being devalued.
