Now that's a good looking picture. Those areas near the armpits definitely lost some detail from prototype to production but still, overall it looks damn good. Best 1/4 Batman I've seen.

Preorder window went from February to March-April, the wait is killing me.

What layout designer do you use?

I want to design my planned set up for next year-ish.

Would you return the full statue for a replacement / return or take $80 in credit for this (toward the right / back of the base)? I seems like the repair job for this chip could be relatively simple - maybe some putty and then a paint-over could be good enough.

What would you do?

If the rest of the Statue is perfect I’d ask for $100 (take the $80 otherwise) and airbrush that area. Easy fix IMO

If there's an offer of $80, I would take it. Definitely not worth the hassle of returning and replacing.
That probably wouldn't have even bothered me enough to mention it - particularly being down low and toward the back.

Agree on the credit, especially if you don't really see it.

The filler is the easy part. If you are confident in matching the paint take the credit.

If that were mine I'd send it back and get another but that's just me because sometimes I resell and wouldn't want a buyer to get a repair that drastic. Then again I probably would never sell this piece unless someone did a better dynamic pose of the same.

Thanks, guys. I probably would ordinarily have exchanged it, but it'd be a paint in the butt since they want me to send the whole statue back - having to pack it back up, haul two huge boxes to UPS and risk getting coronavirus just isn't worth it.
