Good, I'm sorry, but this game is just gratuitous.

And with interatcive technology like the wii, this would be stupid to release.

Especially with all the youth killings we're having in the UK.

It is sad when these games companies cannot come up with something to interest people without having gratuitous violence.

I don't mind games with violence, don't get me wrong.

I think the Hitman series is great, and very challenging to get the best out of it, and 1st person shooters are a genre that never is about gratuitous violence, rather the hunter/prey scenario.

But these games are justkilling for the sake of it, where is the point?

I played the first Manhunt and got bored about 4 missions in. Violent repetition only goes so far and it didn't keep me playing much less a second one. I agree with Bamf, Hitman was great, we need another one of those.

I always thought the Hitman series sucked. Eidos did horribly on them. I do have Hitman 2 on PC and that was a bit bearable.

Still I got Manhunt 2 and it's nothing like the first. Very much censored unfortunately and worse for the Wii. The gratuitous stuff was what ppl wanted it for and you're barely doing any of the stealthy dead kills through out the game. You're stuck with guns shooting ppl with a targeting system that's flawed. I beat this game in less then a week and just resold it on ebay. I lost $10 but hey that isn't bad I'd say.

But overall it made me want to play the first one again. Now that one was sweet

I'm pissed about the whole thing. I don't mind violent games, but when they are violent in nature and you only censore them to dumb down the violence, then the people that wanted the violent game get ripped, as well as the people who still cna't play it because they think it's still too violent.

And young kids shouldn't play this anyway, it's a mature game. They should have kept it the way it was and had the AO rating, would have sold more. I would have gotten it if it wasn't censored. Only adults should play games like this, mentally healthy ones at that.

Only the Wii is "censored" even though the PS2 version shows everything it gets all psychodelic. Like I said nothing compared to the first. While the moves are great with the weapons they're not as gruesome as I hoped they'd be. Hardly any decapitation or limb severs. Made me want to play the first one though.

And the story wasn't all that bad either.

I pretty sure all version are the same, and all version got that censored blurry kill now that you can't see anything screen.
