Among all the e-tailers I've communicated with -- and that's a lot since I constantly discover new ones and write to them to ask about their shipping policies -- this curt and almost indifferent attitude is hands down the worst I've seen.
But maybe that's just one guy on a keyboard. If they provide good customer service otherwise, I suppose we should give them the benefit of the doubt.
