The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I’m not a fan of it. Some people are obviously unhappy with how they are doing business, customers, and the response is essentially ridicule.

They're giving stuff away for free, and people complain that it's unfair that they didn't get a freebie. That's not ridicule, that's calling a spade a spade.
Not getting a $5 reward code isn't a legit customer concern.

I thought of that too. But, then I thought nah. Susan made it seem like it was a really big bang kind of thing. And a Shard variant doesn't really fit that bill, IMO.

How they respond to customers regardless of the situation is a customer concern. This isn’t an isolated issue. Lots of people are upset with their riduculous system. It’s a joke.
With the way their customer service operates, I guess I shouldn’t really be surprised that this is their response. If there was another company making 1/4 scale in North America, I would have left for them a long time ago.

How much experience have you had first-hand with their customer service, and how much of your view is being colored by stuff you've read or heard?
I'm not trying to be snide here, but even people who aren't crazy about Sideshow admit their customer service is pretty good most of the time.
And I also will never understand the complaining about the points and contest/giveaways. This is free stuff. If you have a complaint as a customer, that means you bought something and didn't get your money's worth or there's a problem with the product. If you've seen instances where customer service were rude or ridiculed a paying customer based on a concern they had about their purchase, please point me to it because I've never seen it.

looks like the universal monster pfs are making a comeback. I'm curious how much of a upgrade they will be over the classics.
