Some good ideas here, hope Hot Toys is reading this. But I doubt it.
I'd like to see:
George Reeves Superman
Chris Reeve Clark Kent
Gene Hackman Lex Luthor
Star Trek TOS or WOK
More '66 Batman of any kind
Oh and more Iron Man, of course.

Rather than any new licenses, HT needs to produce figures from the licenses that they are squatting on.
- X-MEN -- X, X2, XFC and DoFP (after DoFP this has moved to the top of my list)
- STAR WARS -- Anakin Skywalker, Padme, Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon, Mace Windu, Han Solo, Farmboy Luke, Leia, Lando and "real hair" Chewbacca
- BACK TO THE FUTURE -- (80s/future/Western Marty and Doc + modular Delorean)
- AVATAR -- Neytiri, Native Jake, Quaritch w/AMP suit and a Banshee
- BATMAN RETURNS -- Catwoman, Penguin
- '66 BATMAN --Batgirl (w/motorcycle) Joker, Riddler and Catwoman
- BATMAN & ROBIN/BATMAN FOREVER -- Batman, Robin, Riddler, Two-Face and Mr. Freeze (movies were terrible, costumes were cool)
- IRON MAN -- Pepper Potts (would love concept Rescue armor as well even if it wasn't in the movie), Hammer Drones Army, Navy, Air Foirce, Marines
- THOR -- Sif, Heimdal and Malekith
- 50s SUPERMAN -- George Reeve Superman (B&W and Color)
- SUPERMAN/SUPERMAN II/SUPERGIRL -- Luthor (plus wigs), Zod, Ursa, Helen Slater Supergirl
- MAN OF STEEL -- Faora, Superman in black costume and in scale with other HT, Zod in Black costume
- MICHAEL JACKSON -- Smooth Criminal (which has apparently been cancelled), Thriller Werewolf
- MATRIX (yes they still have that one) -- Neo, Morpheus, Trinity, Smith, Twins, Niobe, Merovingian, Persephone
- TERMINATOR -- Kyle Reese, Terminatrix (human and Endo), T-800 Endo
- ROCKY -- (reissue with new head sculpts -- regular and fight damaged -- improved bodies with height adjustment and more accessories) Street clothes Rocky, Rocky I, III, IV, Apollo I, IV, Clubber Lang, Drago in correct scale (the current one is arouind 7.5 feet scale, Lundgren is 6'4")
- ALIEN(S) -- Warrior, Queen, Ripley, Power Loader, Bishop, Hicks, Hudson
- PREDATOR -- Dutch 2, Dillon, Blaine, Mac, Harrigan, Female Predator from the species not just Machinko, there have been some designs in comics I believe
We know Iron Man and Batman sell, there's no getting around that. I'm as guilty as the next person for helping fan those flames. But there am many more characters that HT could be selling. If they're too busy to produce figures within those licenses they should either subcontract or let another company take it over. One "conspiracy" theory might be that HT is simply tying up those licenses to keep other companies for producing figures and potentially cannibalizing their sales or becoming a competitive threat. It's very possible that their licenses might require them to pay an $X annual fee and Y% from each figures. There may be nothing requiring HT to produce a specific number of figures each year, if any. So HT may figure it's a better business move to just keep the licenses tied up, pay the annual license renewal fees and concentrate on their money makers.

Are we ever going to see any other X-Men?!
Also, we were promised Batman Returns characters years ago. I gave up on Hot Toys. They just release the same characters over and over.
