Dr Strange 8.5/10

Great visual which had the matrix inception look to it. Had some good laughs when he dawns the cloak. The only thing I did not like was Dormammu. Felt really cheap effect like what fox did with Galactus or Green Lantern Parallax. I'd took a whole point of that.

Not sure how it's played out when he interacts with an avenger member? Will he be in it?

Dr. Strange 8/10 Even after seeing the trailers this movie solidly delivered imo. He's very much in the same vein as Iron Man, rich and arrogant, that is humbled and in full redemption mode. I really wanted to not like Tilda as the Ancient One but she did a great job. I really didn't feel that this movie had a "bad guy" per se (aside from Dorammu) but more like people on the same path with different views on how to better serve humanity. Saw it in 3D IMAX and was worth the extra money with all the mind bending special effects

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

The Witch: 7/10 - Very bleak tale of a puritan family living on the edge of a forest and the supernatural forces they encounter. It's slow, moody and paranoid so may not be too everyone's tastes and the ending was a bit heavy handed but still a good watch.

Love this movie and it's one of the more decisive movies ever lol.

Enemy Mine - 7/10 Saw it as a kid and loved it. Still pretty good.

Pleasantly surprised as I was with Ant -Man and excited to see how he fits into the larger Universe and his next solo. This was a solid win for the MCU.

Doctor Strange (2016)

The trippy special effects stand out in this solid albeit very Marvel-formulaic movie. 7/10
