Gentle Giant release question
5 was at NYCC and at their booth i saw amazing wizard of Oz sculptures. The Glinda, Wicked Witch and monkeys were amazing. Clearly the best I hav sen. Does any one know anything about them. I have sent them like 4 emails and no response....anyone?

I believe 2 of them have been solicited so far in Diamond Previews. I want to say Dorothy & The Wicked Witch. With the way GG ships, they'll probably be out by next summer.

oh didnt know they were trouble with shipping etc. these were great i so want hem hope they are out some time in my life!!!!

Not that they're trouble with shipping.... A) They solicit product WAY in advance and B) They ship slow from their direct purchases

They certainly were amazing, and the first of the GG busts that don't have awful bases (IMO); I want these for my daughter's room.

Brilliant sculpts even if it is from unreliable GG. The likenesses are just spot on, and guess what, they are showing all of the main characters instead of taking 5 years. I think they are 1:3 scale or something. GG should do more like this though. I plan on getting the entire line for somewhere, maybe the movie room or my wife's Barbie room. WoOz is just an amazingly timeless classic. Unless there is a crazy high edition size I think these will go up quite a bit in value in the ensuing years.
