I'll still say it. Show me one scene where Vader has his lightsaber up and I'll agree that's an ep3 vader.

I don't know that the pose has to be film accurate. I would think that the costume is what makes it an Ep. III Vader and I assume the costume is accurate.

I loved The Emperor in E3, but passed on the bust; for now.

I wish he was "pre-transformation" and had his saber in his horizontal "stabby" position.

Personally I thought Palpatines acting was the worst part of the entire movie. Followed closely by the DARTH VADER/FRANKENSTIEN sceen.

I may pick up one of the bust???
