I'm pretty sure they've said that the Joker and Begins Suit Batman are the only two 1:4 figures they're doing for the Nolan films right now. So the Hot Toys TDKR Batman is going to be your only option for that suit.

Haven't really read anywhere that they were not doing the second version.

There are threads in the General Collectibles section for both the Enterbay figures. I don't have the patience to try and dig it up again, but I believe that's where it was discussed.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

the dx02 Batman is spot on in the face, hands down. They might have eliminated some flaws like the oily abbs butt he overall aesthetic appeal is better for the DX02.
On the other hand, the Bale face looks awesome in dx12
I am willing to wait too for EB's TDKR 1/4 version but i don't know if this is ever happening... otherwise i'll have to make do with the HOT toys 1/4 which i am planning on purchasing!

I imagine that this is still a looooooooooong way off. Heck my LCS won't have my EB Joker until Jan/Feb let alone how long the wait will be for EB to license, sculpt, approve, manufacture and distribute a TDK(R) piece. I am sure it will be stellar when it does come though.
