Stuffy Chelsea ride their luck. Again!!!!

Feel for you Bulls. Still, I think 'pool will do the biz at Stamford Bridge and become only the second team to beat them there in like, a hundred games.

Yeah a bad own goal to give away and so late into injury time. They now need to go to chelsea and score. Chelsea deserved nothing from the game but got everything.

Chelsea had their moments but Liverpool deserved to, and should have won. But with nearly FIVE minutes of injury time played (probably accumulated through all of Grogba's pathetic "I'll go down after every nudge like I've been hit by a truck but will miraculously recover after the magic sponge or having to go off the pitch) you could sense that it would be Chelsea's night and they were going to nick an equaliser.

Liverpool have it all to do next week, but I think you've got to go with Chelsea now, but stranger things have happened in football.

I think Man U will beat Barca, and beat them convincingly.

Watch this space.....

Damn
I didn't watch the match but saw Liverpool were 1-0 up early on and then saw on the news that Chelsea scored in injury time.

That sucks.
Gotta be liverpool and man u in the final

I hate Man U but I've got to give them their dues.

Although Barca had most possession and probably more attacks, I think United controlled the game and to be fair Barca never looked like carving open a real chance. Deserved winners and in that form, I can't see them being beaten.

Tonights match is going to be difficult to call. As an ex Liverpool resident I'm all for them to beat Chelsea, and although Chelsea have that away goal, I think the pressure is on them not to concede.

However, as much as I'd love for Liverpool to reach the final, I really can't see them defeating Man U, and it hurts me to say this, but I'd rather them lose to Chelsea tonight than to Man U in the final...We'd never live that down (but I guess Man U fans are thinking that very same thing!!).

Mac,

as a Man U fan it's a difficult call as to who we'de prefer in the final. To be hoenst, I think it's moot. We've beaten Liverpool twice this season, but that was before Torres stamped his mark on the team, and I think they'll be out for revenge (and a second C.League cup in three years). Chelsea aren't as good away from home - we beat them at Old Trafford - however as Chelski is owned by a guy that probably owns half of Russia, it'd probably be like a home game for them. Either one's gonna be interesting.

Although we should savour this historic moment because two English teams in the C.League is as close to Euro 2008 as England will ever get.
