Not sure but there wont be much difference either way. 360 version might have slightly better lighting and particle effects than the PS3 version though...and better online support.
There's a RUMOUR that the PS3 version will include Kratos (from God of war) and the 360 version Dante (from Devil may cry). Not too far fetched considering they did the same thing with SC2 (Gamecube => Link // PS2 => Heihachi // Xbox => Spawn) but nothing official as of yet.

I read an article about this one. It looks like a nice game. I think I'm allergic to 3D fighters though. I just can't get into them. This ones never appealed to me at all because of the weapons. I don't know why exactly, but they bore me so much.

Long been a fan of the Soul Calibur series, so it's way up there on my want list. Quite possibly my favorite fighting series of all time; Mortal Kombat has made a strong comeback in recent releases, but still prefer Soul Calibur.
Now they just need to bring back Killer Instinct.
