I'm getting sick and tired of emailing PCS on the shipping status of my statues (Vega EX, Vega P2 EX, and Oro EX) with no email response. I keep getting generic email URGENT Please Respond notices, I respond to customer service and "paul@pcstoy.com" but get no answers in return with a case number or tracking. I paid PayPal shipping back in Nov & Dec. Very irritating, PCS... get your act together!
