The crazy thing is, that someone did the same thing with the OG psylocke at one point. Also there is a custom storm being sold on ebay with the same style, but less revealing.

I guess someone in there basement will want this....

I feel really fortunate to have just gotten the Zatanna PF - No, not the naked one! It's a beautiful statue, and as one of my hobbies/interests is magic tricks, it fits in so well with that.

I noticed a hidden joke on the box that (I think) hasn't been mentioned before. When you open the lid of the art box, there's a long tab with a "spell' on it:

Pretty nice little detail; clearly the Sideshow folks have fun with their artwork.

Speaking of art boxes - this one seems "weathered", with creases and such, as if the images were used magic posters (not uncommon). Are there other art boxes that are creased and old-looking, or was this pretty much the only one? (I'm not all that familiar with Sideshow issues).

A curious point about displaying the piece - there's quite a brim on the top hat; if the light source is too high, the hat brim sheds a shadow on the face (eyes mostly, making her look masked).

This is probably an uncommon problem for most other statues; I can't recall seeing hats with brims on too many (maybe the Western characters).

Looking at the photos I'm starting to regret not picking her up...

I just noticed this auction on Ebay, for a Zatanna with a repainted face/hair:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Sideshow-Co...EAAOSwDTdfRJBq

Interesting to see a different shade to the flesh and makeup. The hair is also different, with some highlights. It really doesn't seem very different, since her face and expression are pretty distinctive, to my eyes.

I wonder if they repainted the exposed wrists to match the face color?

(Disclaimer: I have no connection to this seller, and don't know anything about them.
