Okay i'd sourced this from the Streetfighter Wiki to be more pendatic and hopefully make everybody aware of the true strength and depth of Oro.

Oro binds one arm while fighting to keep from accidentally killing his opponent (except when performing specific special arts). Canon-wise, Oro is one of the most powerful characters in the series, alongside Akuma at full strength (Oni) and Gill. He has full mastery over his Ki, thus giving him monstrous strength and stamina far surpassing all other fighters except a few in the world, even in his old age. He also has the power of telekinesis being able to pull in random objects and use them for a limited amount of time.

so in street fighter 5 Ryu may be done with his Oro training then? or that may take place before the original street fighter i suppose

We shall have to see ...but there's going to be a long wait for 5 though ...AE is doing the rounds for version.2012.

well Oro has been my number 1 want from Jerry for years, but with the reveal of the reveal of an Alex "floating around" i'd say he's the safe bet
