Looks like I'm screwed out of my Dredd AP statues. Was told today that customer service has noted that I wanted to exchange my Dredds for a He Man statue. I can't recall ever sending that email. In fact I've been sending emails every couple weeks about the Dredds and the reply has been soon. Jeez.

Do you have a number. Aurora has not been returning my emails. Mark Martin told me he didn't have time to fix it. He's too busy.

This is the number on the site: 805-306-1140 if it's not right though let me know and I'll dig a bit for it I think I have it somewhere.

Post in the customer service thread stickied here too I think. Don't send more emails though, cause when you send a reply your ticket gets refreshed and sent to the back of the line or if it's a new it just opens a new ticket (which is just as bad :P).

I would definitely call, also just looked at the CS thread and they said it was closed so maybe that won't help doesn't hurt to post in it though I guess, should put a ticket number though >< GL with the call.
