8am sounds righ caus ethat is when most noise laws stop. i tink they start again at 8pm so 9 may be excessive but anything between = sucks to be you. you are not planning to move in with her are you? if not then dont worry about it. i doubt a girl wants to listen to a guy complain on a date. now if she was cvomplaining that would be different but she isnt

It would have to be top floor, but that would work too

Have you been living in my apt? lol I have the exact same issue but I chalk it up to the b!tch having OCD unless our common experience isnt a coincidence.

Also, noise kind of comes with the territory with apartment living.

It's to the point were I don't want to visit her at all.

You should type up an anonymous complaint letter to the landlord. I had a similar incident with the guy above me and his little kids running in the apartment above me. Basically all it took was one complaint letter to silence that mess once and for all. In the past when I had noisy neighbors I would keep complaining to the landlord on the guilty parties till they either quiet themselves or move. I cant even count the number of noisy neighbors I have ran off over the years. Best thing about it is that no one need ever know it was you that complained about those little rugrats.
